How long should you stay in the sauna?
You decide how long you stay in the sauna. The recommended sauna duration depends on the type of sauna, the temperature, and the humidity. In general, we recommend staying in the sauna for a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by cooling down. After that, you're of course free to dive into another sauna session.

The most important thing is to always listen to your own body. If you feel the sauna is too hot or if you feel lightheaded, calmly stand up and walk out slowly, even if you've only just entered the sauna. Take your time to cool down after each sauna session. And drink plenty of water.

Frequently Asked Questions

The humidity in a steam bath is much higher than in a sauna. In a steam bath, water is heated to create steam, which is then released into the room.
In contrast, saunas have a very low humidity level. In a sauna, heated stones are used to create dry air combined with high temperatures.
