House Rules – Thermen Maastricht

We want our guests to enjoy a timeless experience during their visit to our resort. We kindly ask you to follow our house rules during your stay.

• Wearing swimwear is not permitted (except on designated swimwear days).

• Wearing slippers is mandatory. However, slippers are not allowed inside the saunas.

• Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

• To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, wearing watches or using mobile phones and other electronic devices is only allowed in the reception area.

• To protect the privacy of our guests, taking photos or making video recordings is not permitted.

• In accordance with privacy laws, Thermen Maastricht only uses security cameras in clothed areas. There are no cameras in areas where guests are undressed. The use of cameras is solely for the safety of our guests and staff and fully complies with the regulations set by the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

• Guests must follow the instructions of Thermen Maastricht staff at all times. Disruptive behavior — including verbal, non-verbal, or inappropriate conduct, whether personal or professional — is not tolerated. Guests who fail to comply will be required to leave the premises immediately after full payment.

• Access to relaxation areas, restaurants, and terraces is only permitted while wearing a bathrobe.

• Personal belongings can be stored in a locker.

• Management is not liable for the loss or theft of personal items or valuables.

• Water bottles are not allowed inside the saunas.

• To ensure relaxation for everyone, silence is appreciated in all sauna facilities.

• Sauna and alcohol do not mix well; therefore, we may decide not to serve alcohol at any time.

• Guests aged 12 and above are welcome. Guests between 12 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. A valid ID is required and may be requested for age verification.

• If you have a discount voucher, please present it upon check-in. Discounts will not be granted without a valid voucher.

Thermen Maastricht reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests from the resort — after full payment — if these house rules are not respected.
